Nickel Clad Copper (NCC) combines the excellent electrical conductivity of copper with the superior weldability and corrosion resistance of nickel. This reduces internal resistance and heat generation while ensuring reliable cell interconnections.

How does this improve battery pack safety?

Lower contact resistance means less heat is generated during charging and discharging. Additionally, the superior weld reliability reduces the risk of loose connections which can cause arcing or failure.
